TERMS & CONDITIONS

ORDERS  Orders are accepted via phone, fax, and e-mail.  Payment can be made by check or Visa or Mastercard

PRICES  Prices may change without prior notice.  All prices are F.O. B. Grand Rapids, MI.

MANUFACTURING  Because of the hand made nature of this product, designs will vary from item to item.  Products will also vary from catalog drawings and samples.

SHIPPING  Products will be shipped UPS unless otherwise requested.  Freight charges are the responsibility of the customer.

TERMS  Orders require payment in full by check or credit card prior to production.  Sales tax will be charged unless k is provided with a State Resale Exemption Certificate.

FREIGHT CLAIMS  While we do everything possible to insure that your order arrives on time and in good condition we cannot be held responsible for freight damage or delays in delivery.  When you receive an order please be sure to thoroughly inspect, note damage of any kind on the delivery receipt, notify the carrier to request an inspection or to file a freight claim.  Refusal to accept a delivery from the carrier does not relieve you of the responsibility for payment and may result in additional charges.

CANCELLATIONS/CHANGES  Orders cannot be cancelled or changed without prior written consent of k; such consent may be withheld or granted at k’s sole discretion.  Refund of the customer’s deposit will not be granted in any circumstances.
